CANNAFACTURER / PERSPECTIVES

Packaging design

Packaging connects a visual idea to a real object. Structure, material, legibility, and the experience of opening it all deserve the same care.

Directions to explore

  • Carton and shipping-box design
  • Bottle, jar, and tin presentation
  • Pouch and sleeve artwork
  • Label systems and information hierarchy
  • Kits, inserts, and unboxing
  • Dieline and print-file preparation

Choose the areas that fit your brief. Final scope and availability are agreed individually.

01

Design around the object

Start with dimensions, protection needs, handling, and the environment where the package will be seen. These constraints help the design become more distinctive and more useful.

02

Make the information readable

Give essential information a clear order. Check label hierarchy, contrast, and real-size proofs. Leave room for the information the product and its market require.

03

Resolve the production details

Document dielines, finishes, color references, and artwork versions. Confirm specifications and physical proofs with the selected packaging producer before authorizing a production run.
